Thank you for shopping with NYU Skin Studio. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after your order confirmation.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

NYU SHIP STANDARD UK Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days. Flat rate applies (displayed at checkout).

NYU SHIP EXPRESS UK Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days. Flat rate applies (displayed at checkout).

NYU SHIP NEXT DAY Delivery Shipping:

Estimated delivery for the next day, subject to postal strikes (displayed at checkout).

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries at a flat rate of £28.00. Delivery times vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

3. International Orders – Important Notice

In some cases, we may be unable to ship internationally if there is an exclusive distributor in your country. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided (including photo or carrier confirmation), NYU Skin Studio is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to carrier or regulatory limitations. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Customs delays may occur — please allow extra time for delivery.

Our responsibility ends once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the customer's address.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at nyuskinstudio@gmail.com, and we will assist with tracking and next steps.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographic evidence, so we can investigate.

NYU Skin Studio reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
